• How to Use This Resource: Use this website to find translated materials to guide you through the application process for the PPP and EIDL loans. 

Our Fair Share: CARES Act Support

• Languages: English
• Summary: This tool helps match small minority-owned businesses with a partner SBA lender by having them complete a short questionnaire. In particular, this resource lists all of the documents you will need on hand before starting the application process. 
• How to Use This Resource: Use this tool primarily to understand what documents you need on hand to apply for a CARES Act. To understand how to apply for a loan, we recommend using the Think!Chinatown resource listed above, as those resources have been curated specifically for Chinese businesses. 

Legal Resources:

City Bar Justice Center: COVID-19 Small Business Remote Legal Clinic

• Languages: English
• Summary: This org will offer pro bono legal consultations to small business owners to help them understand and act upon options available under the federal government’s COVID-19 stimulus package and other opportunities available through federal, state and local programs.
• How to Use This Resource: Fill out the client intake form, and someone will be in touch by phone or email to set up a 45-minute free consultation to answer any questions you may have about government funding and broader legal questions. For a Chinese translator, call the numbers on the AABANY website.
